At Uttaranchal Decor, we focus on customer satisfaction and handle orders fairly. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:

Order Cancellation
You can cancel orders only for non-customized products.
You may request a cancellation only if the order has not been shipped or the courier has not been booked.
Once a product is shipped or a tracking number is generated, we cannot accept cancellation requests.
To request a cancellation, please email or contact us right away with your order details.

Damaged or Defective Product Returns
We take great care in packing and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, the following policy applies:
You must inform us within 2 days of delivery.
If you provide a clear unboxing and testing video, we may accept your claim up to 10 days after delivery.
You must send photo and video evidence explaining the issue via email or WhatsApp for verification.

Once verified, we will offer:
A replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and your choice.
In these cases, Uttaranchal Decor will cover the reverse and forward shipping charges.

Refund Timeline
Once we approve your return and receive the product, we will start the refund process.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or canceled once confirmed.
